The Addis Financial
Expo plc invites qualified and experienced suppliers to participate in an open
tender for the procurement of goods, services, and works in support of the
International Financial Expo 2025. This prestigious event, hosted in Addis
Ababa, will showcase the latest global trends in finance, technology, and
hospitality, and is expected to attract international delegates, exhibitors,
and industry leaders.
Therefore, eligible
Bidders are invited to submit their bidding documents based on the following
information.

1. Interested
bidders may obtain a soft copy of the bidding document by depositing a
non-refundable fee of 600 ETB per lot into the Addis Financial Expo CBE bank
account (Account Number:1000688842798After making the payment, bidders must
send a scanned copy or image of the deposit receipt via email to info@
addisexpo2025.com or through the Telegram account at +251 (0) 942 95 8888.
Alternatively,
bidders can collect the hard copy of the bidding document in person from the
Addis Financial Expo plc Procurement Branch Office, located at Mezid Plaza,
3r Floor, Room No. 403, Mexico, Addis
Ababa, Ethiopia. The hard copy will be available from April 2, 2025, to April
25th, 2025, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 600 ETB per lot in cash.

9396."Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the company's tendering
procedures and is open to registered bidders who have similar experience and
capacity for the intended services.
2. Bidders should
submit a copy of their Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT registration certificate,
and a copy of their renewed trade license for the 2017 E.C. budget year.
3. Bidders are
required to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in the procurement
document.
4. Bidders are
required to submit technical, financial, and bid security documents using three
separate sealed envelopes with two copies.
5. Bids must be
accompanied by a bid security amount, as specified in the table above.
This security
should be made payable to Addis Financial Expo PLC and must be valid for 90
days. It should take the form of either a certified payment order (CPO) or an unconditional
bank guarantee letter written in favor of Addis Financial Expo PLC.
6. Bids must be
delivered to Addis Financial Expo plc Procurement Branch Office, located at
Mezid Plaza, 3rd Floor, Room No. 403, Mexico, Addis Ababa on or before April
25th, 2025, 2:30 P.M. Late bids will be rejected.
7. Bids will be
opened in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend at
the same address on April 25th, 2025, at 3:00 P.M.
8. An evaluation
will be conducted according to the procurement guidelines of Addis Financial
Expo plc by the assigned Tender Committee.
