Re-Invitation for International Bid

National Regional State Bureau of Finance Public Procurement and property
Disposal service (PPPDS) have funds with the procuring entity's budget to be
used for the Procurements of common user item used by SNRS different regional
sector bureaus, different zone, wore- das and City administrations with the
framework agreement contract up to three budget years.
2 The
SNRSB of PPPDS Re-invites interested bids from eligible international bidders
for supply and delivery of goods mentioned below.

3.
Bidders must be able to provide certificate confirming that they are registered
on the suppliers list.
4.
Photo copy of renewed license, eligibility documents and performance
certificate should be submitted with in the envelope of technical proposal.
5.
The bid should be prepared in two separate envelopes technical and financial
proposal with one original and two copies.
6.
Bidders must produce TIN certificate and VAT registration certificate from the
tax authority together with the technical document.
7.
Bidders must produce tax payer certificate paid up the all government taxes,
from relevant authority confirming that the tax payer has paid the current year
tax.
8.
Bidders must submit their bid document in the designated box at the public
procurement and property disposal service office No. 307 Bureau of finance on
35 consecutive days from the date of publication of the
newspaper.
9.
Bidders can obtain bid document from Sidama National Regional State Bureau of
Finance public Procurement and Property Disposal Service Hawassa Office hours
against payment of non-refundable Birr 500/ five hundred birr/. The method of
payment will be in bank Account No. 1000337749678 /Sidama National Regional
State Bureau of Finance/.
10.
Bidders must submit their bids on the designated bid box at office No 307 from
the date of publication of the newspaper to the last 35 days closed at 6:00 A.M
local time. Bids received after closing time will be automatically rejected.
The bids will be open at 8:00 A.M local time in the presence of bidders or
their legal representatives. It's the last day of publication of the bids in
the newspaper falls on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday it will be sealed and
opened on the next working day at the same time as stated above.
11.
Bids should be accompanied by Bid bond amount as indicated in table above for
issued in favor of Sidama National Regional State Bureau of Finance by first
class bank in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee.

Bids shall be closed and open as per the schedule in the table below,
