የኦሮሚያ ባንክ አፍሪካ ጎዳና ቅርንጫፍ ለአቶ ቦጃ መርፉ ደሳለኝ ለሰጠው ብድር በዋስትና ይዞ የነበረዉንና ተበዳሪው ዕዳቸውን በዉሉ መሠረት መክፈል ባለመቻላቸዉ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/1990 (እንደተሻሻለዉ) በተሰጠዉ ሥልጣን መሠረት ባንኩ በዋስትና የያዘዉንና ለብድር ማካካሻነት የተረከበዉን የመኖሪያ ቤት በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል::

የንብረቱም ዝርዝር መረጃ እንደሚከተለዉ ቀርቧል:: በመሆኑም ህንፃዉን መግዛት የሚፈልጉ ከታች በተገለፀው መስፈርት መሠረት በጨረታዉ ላይ መሳተፍ ይችላሉ::

-ተጫራቾች ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ንብረቱን በሚገኝበት አድራሻ ቀርበዉ ማየት ይችላሉ::

-ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የጨረታዉን መነሻ ዋጋ 25% (ሃያ አምስት በመቶ) በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ማዘዣ ሠነድ (ሲ.ፒ.ኦ) በአሮሚያ ባንክ ስም አሰርተዉና ንብረቱን የሚገዙበትን ዋጋ በፅሁፍ በመግለፅ በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ከዚህ በታች ባለዉ አድራሻ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል::

-ተጫራቾች የመወዳደርያ ዋጋቸዉን እና የጨረታ ማስከብረያ ሲ.ፒ.ኦ. በአንድ ፖስታ ዉስጥ በማሸግ ግንቦት 13 ቀን 2017 ዓ. ም. ከጠዋቱ 3፡00 ጀምሮ እስከ ከቀኑ 7፡30 ሰዓት ድረስ ለዚሁ ጨረታ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል:: ጨረታዉ ግንቦት 13 ቀን 2017 ዓ. ም. ከቀኑ 8፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወክሎቻቸዉ በተገኙበት በዋና መ/ቤት 1ኛ ፎቅ ብድር ክትትልና ማስመለስ ክፍል ውስጥ ይከፈታል::

-የጨረታዉ አሸናፊ አሸናፊነቱ በደብዳቤ ከተገለፀበት ቀን ጀምሮ በሚቆጠር 15 (አስራ አምስት) ቀናት ዉስጥ ያሸነፈበትን አጠቃላይ ዋጋ ለባንኩ ገቢ ማድረግ ይኖርበታል::

-በተጠቀሰዉ የጊዜ ገደብ ዉስጥ ገቢ የማይደረግ ከሆነ ጨረታዉ ተሰርዞ ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ለባንኩ ገቢ ይደረጋል::

-ጨረታዉን ያሸነፈ ተጫራች ለመወዳደሪያ ካቀረበዉ ዋጋ በተጨማሪ ለመንግሥት የሚከፍለዉን አስፈላጊ ግብርና ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ እና ማንኛዉንም ተያያዥ ወጪዎች ይከፍላል::

- ለተጨማሪ መረጃ በስልክ ቁጥር በ 011-557-2023 ወይም 011-558 52 63/87 አፍሪካ ጎዳና ቅርንጫፍ ደዉለዉ ማነጋገር ይቻላሉ::

አቢሲንያ ባንክ አ.ማ ለሰጠው ብድር በዋስትና የያዛቸውንና በሰንጠረዡ የተመለከቱትን ንብረቶች በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/1990 እንደተሻሻለው ለባንኮች በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሠረት ንብረቶቹ በሚገኙበት ቦታና ባሉበት ሁኔታ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል:: ተጫራቾች ለጨረታው ከመቅረባቸው በፊት የሚከተሉትን ደንቦች መገንዘብ ይኖርባቸዋል።

-ተጫራቾች የጨረታ መነሻ ዋጋውን ¼ (አንድ አራተኛ) በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ቼክ ወይም ሲ.ፒ.ኦ በአቢሲንያ ባንክ አ.ማ. ስም ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በማስያዝ በጨረታው መሳተፍ ይችላሉ።

-የጨረታው አሸናፊ አሸናፊነቱ በደብዳቤ ከተገለፀለት ቀን ጀምሮ ያሸነፈበትን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ በ15 (በአስራ አምስት) ቀናት ውስጥ አጠቃሎ ከፍሎ ንብረቱን መረከብ ይኖርበታል።

-በእነዚህ ቀናት ውስጥ አጢቃሎ ካልከፈለ ጨረታው ተሰርዞ ያስያዘው ገንዘብ ለባንኩ ገቢ ይሆናል:: በጨረታው ለተሸነፉት ተጫራቾች ያስያዙት ሲ.ፒ.ኦ. ይመለስላቸዋል።

-ተበዳሪው መያዣ ስጪው በሐራጁ ቀንና ሰዓት ጨረታ በሚካሄድበት ቦታ መገኘት ይችላሉ:: ነገር ግን ባይገኙ ሐራጁ በሌሉበት ይካሄዳል።

-ጨረታው የሚካሄደው በአቢሲንያ ባንክ አ.ማ. ሀዋሳ ዲስትሪክት ጽ/ቤት 6ተኛ ፎቅ ላይ በሚገኘው የስብሰባ አዳራሽ ውስጥ ነው።

-የጨረታው አሸናፊ ከሚገዛው ንብረት ጋር የተያያዙ ማናቸውም ለመንግሥት የሚከፈሉ ክፍያዎችን፣ እንዲሁም ከስም ዝውውር ጋር የሚገናኙ ማናቸውም ወጪዎችን ገዥ ይከፍላል:: ውዝፍ የሊዝ ክፍያ ካለ ባንኩ የሚከፍል ሲሆን ቀሪ የሊዝ ክፍያ እዳ ደግሞ ወደ አሸናፊው/ገዥው የሚተላለፍ ይሆናል።

-የጨረታው አሸናፊ ንብረቱ በሚገኝበት የከተማ አስተዳደር ወይም ወረዳ አስተዳደር ዘንድ ቀርቦ ባሸነፈበት ንብረት ላይ የሚከፈሉ ክፍያዎችን፣ ግብርና ታክስ ይከፍላል።

-የጨረታው አሸናፊዎች ለመንግሥት የሚከፈለውን የ15% (የአስራ አምስት በመቶ) የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ይከፍላሉ::

Subject: Submission of Document for a Fully Electric 7-Seater Vehicle and Electric Pick UP D/CAB 4WD:

Mathiwos Wondu-YeEthiopia Cancer Society (MWECS) a non government civil society organization established in 2004 and actively engaged in combating generally in health and development and humanitarian activities in general particularly Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) and their risk factors in Ethiopia in particular.

MWECS, invites eligible and qualified vehicle suppliers and dealers to submit sealed bids for the supply of one fully electric 7-seater and Electric Pick UP D/CAB 4WD vehicles that meets the specifications outlined below.

Bid Submission Requirements and Eligibility Documents.

Interested bidders must provide the following documents:

-Technical and Financial Proposals.

-Has Tax Identity Number (TIN No).

-Detailed Delivery Timeline and Warranty Terms.

-Bid security (Bid Bond) in the form of CPO only, amounting to 2% of the total bid offer, valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the bid validity period

Bid Packaging Instructions:

-Financial Offer: Sealed in two envelopes marked as "ORIGINAL" and "COPY".

-Technical Offer: Sealed in a separate envelope clearly labeled "TECHNICAL OFFER".

-Bid Security (CPO): In a separate envelope.

Bid Submission Deadline and Opening

-Deadline: 10 calendar days from the date of this announcement in the newspaper.

አዲስ ኢንተርናሽናል ባንክ አ.ማ ለሰጠዉ ብድር በዋስትና የያዛቸዉን ንብረቶች በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/1990 በተሰጠዉ ስልጣን መሰረት በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል።

በዚሁ መሰረት ማንኛዉም ተጫራች ሐራጁ በሚካሄድበት ቀን ጨረታው በሚከናወንበት ቦታ በመገኘት በጨረታዉ ተወዳድሮ ንብረቶቹን እንዲገዛ ተጋብዟል።

-ተጫራቾች የጨረታዉን መነሻ ዋጋ 25% በባንኩ የክፍያ ማዘዣ ሰነድ(CPO) አሰርቶ በጨረታዉ ቀን ጨረታው በሚካሄድበት ቦታ በመቅረብ በጨረታው መሳተፍ ይችላሉ።

-ጨረታዉ በማስታወቂያዉ ላይ በተጠቀሰዉ ቀንና ሰዓት ባለዕዳዎቹ ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸዉ፣ ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸዉ ታዛቢዎች በተገኙበት፣ የመያዣ ንብረቱ በሚገኝበት የሚካሄድ ይሆናል።

-የጨረታዉ አሸናፊ ያሸነፈበትን ዋጋ ጨረታዉ ከተከናወነበት ማግስት ጀምሮ በሚቆጠር 15 ቀን ዉስጥ ለባንኩ ገቢ ማድረግ ይኖርበታል። በእነዚህ ቀናት ዉስጥ ካልከፈለ ግን ለጨረታ ያስያዘዉ ገንዘብ ለባንኩ ገቢ ሆኖ ጨረታዉ ተሰርዞ ለሐራጅ የሚቀርብ ይሆናል በጨረታዉ ተሳትፈዉ ላላሸነፉት ተጫራቾች ያስያዙት ሲፒኦ ወዲያኑ ተመላሽ ይደረግላቸዋል።

-ኃ/የተ/የግል ማህበርን ወይም አክሲዮን ማህበርን ወክሎ መጫረት የሚፈልግ ሥራ አስኪያጅ ወይም ም/ሥራ አስኪያጅ የድርጅት የመመስረቻ ጽሑፍ ይዞ መቅረብ ያለበት ሲሆን የሥራ አስኪያጅ ወይም የምሥራ አስኪያጅ ለዉጥ ተደርጎ ከሆነ ይህንኑ የሚገልጽ በሰነዶች ማረጋገጫና ምዝገባ ጽ/ቤት ቃለ ጉባኤ ከመመስረቻ ጽሑፍ እና መተዳደሪያ ደንብ ጋር ይዞ መቅረብ አለበት።

-የጨረታዉ አሸናፊ ለመንግስት የሚከፈለዉን አስፈላጊ ግብር እና ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ እንዲሁም የሊዝ ክፍያ ይከፍላል።

-ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ የቀረበዉ ንብረት ያለበትን ሁኔታ በተመለከተ ከጨረታዉ ቀን በፊት ባሉ የስራ ቀናት እና ሰዓት በባንኩ አበዳሪ ቅርንጫፍ በመቅረብ በሚያዘጋጀዉ ፕሮግራም መሰረት ንብረቱ ያለበትን ሁኔታ መመልከት ይችላሉ።

-ባንኩ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ።

ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ የወጣ የሐራጅ ማስታወቂያ

አማራ ባንክ አ.ማ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና 216/92 በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሠረት ከዚህ ቀጥሎ የቀረበውን ንብረት በግልጽ የሐራጅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል።

1. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ መነሻ ዋጋ 1/4 ወይም ሃያ አምስት በመቶ (25%) በባንክ የተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ሰነድ (C.P.O) ብቻ በአማራ ባንክ አ.ማ ስም በማሰራት: በማስያዝ እና በመመዝገብ በጨረታው ላይ መሳተፍ ይችላሉ።

2. ከፍተኛ ዋጋ የሰጠው ተጫራች የጨረታው አሸናፊ ነው የሚባለው ከባንኩ አሸናፊነቱን የሚገልጽ ደብዳቤ በጽሁፍ ሲደርሰው ብቻ ነው።

3. የጨረታ አሸናፊው አሸናፊ መሆኑ በደብዳቤ ከተገለጸለት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 15 /አስራ አምስት/ ቀናት ውስጥ ቀሪውን ገንዘብ አጠናቆ መክፈል ይኖርበታል:: ባይከፍል ግን የሐራጁ ውጤት ተሰርዞ ያስያዘው ሲፒኦ አይመለስለትም፣ ለባንኩ ገቢ ይሆናል:: በተጨማሪም ንብረቱ ድጋሚ ለሃራጅ ሊቀርብ ለሚታየው የዋጋ ልዩነት ይጠየቃል:: ላላሸነፉት ተጫራቾች ግን ያስያዙት ሲፒኦ በእለቱ ይመለስላቸዋል።

4. የሐራጁ አሸናፊ /ገዥ/ ከሚገዛው ንብረት ጋር የተያያዙ ማናቸውንም ለመንግስት የሚከፈሉ ክፍያዎችን የሊዝን ክፍያን ጨምሮ፣ ግብር፣ በዋጋው ላይ ሚታሰብ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (15%) ካለ ከስም ማዘዋወሪያ ጋር የተገናኙ እና ሌሎች ገዥ እንዲከፍላቸው በህግ የተወሰኑ ታክስ እና ግብሮች ገዥው/አሸናፊው/ ይከፍላል።

5. ተጫራቾች በሃራጅ ለመሳተፍ ሲመጡ መታወቂያ (የቀበሌ፤ የመንጃ ፍቃድ ፓስፖርት ወይም ብሄራዊ መታወቂያ) መያዝ ይገባቸዋል:: ተጫራቾች የህግ ሰውነት የተሰጣቸው አካላት ከሆኑ ደግሞ ህጋዊ ሰውነት ያገኙበትን የዋና ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት እና ሃራጁን ለመሳተፍ የቀረበው ግለሰብ ስልጣኑን የሚያሳይ በሰነዶች ማረጋገጫና ምዝገባ ጽ/ቤት የጸደቀ መመስረቻ ጽሁፍ(የመተዳደሪያ ደንብ)፤ ቃለጉባኤ ወይም የውክልና ሰነድ ይዞ መቅረብ አለበት።

6. ንብረቱ በገዢው ስም እንዲዞር ባንኩ ለሚመለከተው መንግስታዊ አካል ደብዳቤ ይጽፋል።

7. ለሐራጅ የቀረበውን ንብረት ለመጎብኘት የሚፈልግ ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጉብኝት ፕሮግራም ከወርካዉትና ሪከቨሪ ክፍል ጋር አስቀድሞ ቀጠሮ በማስያዝ ጨረታው ከመካሄዱ ከ5 ቀን በፊት መጎብኘት ይችላል።

8. ጨረታው በሰንጠረዡ ላይ በተጠቀሰው ቀን፣ ሰዓትና ቦታ ተጫራቾች፤ ተበዳሪ እና ንብረት አስያዥ ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው እና ታዛቢዎች በተገኙበት ይካሄዳል:: ነገር ግን ተበዳሪውም ሆነ መያዣ ሰጪዉ ባይገኙ ጨረታው በሌሉበት ይካሄዳል።

9. ንብረቱንቶቹን በጨረታ አሸንፎ የገዛ ግለሰብ/ድርጅት የሽያጭ ገንዘቡን ከፍሎ ባጠናቀቀ በ15 ቀናት ጊዜ ውስጥ ንብረቱን መረከብ ያለበት ሊሆን በተጠቀሰው ጊዜ ውስጥ ንብረቱን ካልተረከበ በንብረቱ ላይ ለሚደርስ ጉዳት ባንኩ ኃላፊነት አይወስድም። ገዥው በተጠቀሰው ጊዜ ንብረቶቹን ካልተረከበ ከንብረቶቹ ጋር በተያያዘ ለሚኖር ወጪ ኃላፊነቱን ይወስዳል።

10. በባንኩ የብድር ፖሊሲ; መመሪያ እና ቅድመ ሁኔታ መሰረት የሚፈለገውን ማስረጃ አሟልቶ ለቀረበ የጨረታ አሸናፊ ባንኩ ብድር ሊያመቻች ይችላል።

11. የተጫራቾች ምዝገባ ከሃራጁ መዝጊያ ሰአት 30 ደቂቃ በፊት ይጠናቀቃል።

12. ለበለጠ ማብራሪያ አማራ ባንክ አ.ማ 046-211-9340/41 ወይም 011-558 41 89 በስራ ሰአት ደውለው መጠየቅ ይችላሉ።

13. ባንኩ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።

14. በወንድ አንቀጽ የተጠቀሰው ለሴት እና ህጋዊ ሰውነት ላላቸው ድርጅትም ያገለግላል።
