In June 2019, the World Bank approved support for Climate Action Through Landscape Management PforR (CALM PforR), with the goal of improving, scaling up, and intensifying the actions SLM program. Support is given concurrently with the third phase of ESIF-1 over a five-year period (FY20-FY24).

One of the program's core objectives is to conduct Endline Independent Evaluation at the end of program implementation year. Therefore, the Ethiopia Climate Action Through Landscape Management Program for Results (CALM PforR) of the Ministry of Agriculture, needed to Endline Independent Evaluation. The consulting services ("the Services") include a comprehensive analysis:

The short-listing criteria are: core business and years in business, relevant experience, technical and managerial capability of the firm.

Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications, but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub- consultancy. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected.

A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality based and Cost based Selection method set out in the Procurement Regulations.

ኦሮሚያ ባንክ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90፣ 216/92 እና 1147/2011 በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሠረት ለሰጠው ብድር በዋሰትና የያዘዉን በሰንጠረዡ ላይ የተዘረዘሩትን ንብረቶች ባሉበት በግልጽ ሐራጅ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል።

1. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የጨረታውን መነሻ ዋጋ 25% በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ሰነድ/ሲ.ፒ.ኦ በኦሮሚያ ባንክ ስም አሰርተው ጨረታው በሚካሄድበት ዕለት ይዘው መቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል። በጨረታው ከፍተኛ ዋጋ ላልሰጡ ተጫራቾች ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ወዲያዉኑ ይመለስላቸዋል።

5. በባንኩ ብድር ፖሊሲ መሰረት የሚፈለገውን ማስረጃ አሟልቶ ለቀረበ የጨረታ አሸናፊ ባንኩ ብድር ሊያመቻች ይችላል።

6. ጨረታውን ያሸነፈ ተጫራች ንብረቱን በማስተላለፍ ሂደት ለመንግስት የሚከፈሉ ክፍያዎች ግብር፣ የሊዝ ክፍያ፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ፣ የስም ማዘወሪያ እና ማናቸዉም ከጨረታው ጋር በተገናኘ መንግስት የሚጠይቀው ክፍያ ይከፍላል። ንብረቱ በገዢው ስም እንዲዞር ባንኩ ለሚመለከተው መንግስታዊ አካል ደብዳቤ ይጽፋል።

7. ውዝፍ የሊዝ ክፍያን በተመለከተ ከእዳ ተመላሽ ብር ካለ ከተመላሽ ብር ላይ የሚከፈል ሲሆን ተመላሽ ብር ከሌለ ግን የንብረቱ ጨረታ አሸናፊ ውዝፍ የሊዝ ክፍያን ሙሉ በሙሉ የሚከፍል ይሆናል።

የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

የጨረታ ቁጥር ኢዌኢት/ግጨ/02/2017

ኢስት ዌስት ኢትዩ ትራንስፖርት ኃ.የተ.የግል ማኀበር ለድርጅቱ መኪናዎች የሚሆን የቮልቮ አይቬኮ እና የጋራዝ አላቂ እቃዎችን በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል::

ስለሆነም በጨረታው መካፈል የሚፈልግ ድርጅት ወይም ግለሰብ ተጫራቾች ከዚህ በታች የተመለከቱትን ነጥቦች በማሟላት ቀርበው መወዳደር ይችላሉ::

1. ተጫራቾች ዝርዝር መግለጫ የያዘውን የጨረታ ሰነድ የጨረታ ማስታወቂ ግንቦት 6 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም. ከወጣበት ጀምሮ እስከ ግንቦት 23 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት ቃሊቲ በሚገኘው የድርጅቱ ዋና መስሪያ ቤት ግዢና አቅርቦት ቢሮ በመምጣት የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 200 / ሁለት መቶ ብር/ ከፍለው መውሰድ ይችላሉ::

2. ተጫራቾች ሕጋዊ የሆነና የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ/ ቫት/ ሰርተፊኬትና የግብር ከፋይ ም/ወረቀት /ቲን ነምበር/ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር አያይዞ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል:: 08.8CC.PUR

3. ተጫራቾች ለሚጫረቱበት መለዋወጫ ዋስትና የሚሆነው ከሚያቀርቡት አጠቃላይ የመለዋወጫ የገንዘብ መጠን ብር የዋጋው (10%) አስር በመቶ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሆኖ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ (CPO) ወይም በቅድመ ሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና (Bid Bond) በኢስት ዌስት ኢትዮ ትራንስፖርት ኃ.የተወ.የግል ማኀበር (£ASI-WESI ETHIO IRANSPORI PLC) ስም ከመወዳደሪያ ሰነዳቸው ጋር በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎኘ በማሸግ የጨረታ ቁጥሩን በመግለጽ እስከ ግንቦት 23 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም. ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ብቻ በዋናው መ/ቤት ለጨረታው በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል:: የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋጋ ያላሲያዙ ተጫራቾች ከጨረታው ውድቅ ይደረጋሉ::

4. ጨረታው ግንቦት 23 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም. ከጠዋቱ በ4፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በዚያው ቀን በ4፡30 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ቃሊቲ በሚገኘው የድርጅቱ ዋናው መ/ቤት የስብሰባ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል::

5. ተጨማሪ ማብራሪያ ካስፈለገ በስልክ ቁጥር 011-4-39-24-35፣011-4-39- 20-38 ደውለው መጠየቅ ይችላሉ::

6. ድርጅቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::
