በኢትዮጰያ ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን የሞጆ ጉምሩክ ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤት በጉምሩከ አዋጅ 859/2006 መሰረት በጉምሩክ ቁጥጥር ሥር ያሉ ንብረቶች ሰለሚወገዱበት ሥርዓት በወጣዉ መመሪያ ቁጥር 167/2012 አንቀጽ 10 መሠረት የተወረሱ ንብረቶችን ማለትም CAR GLASS TAPERED  ROLLER BEARING VAN PUMP LIQUID SORBITON & OTHERS HIGH SPEED BILL(CURRENCY COUNTER: SHOVEL GOLDON BIRD & WALL PAPER

MACHINERY SPARE PART AS OIL PRESSURE SENSOR & OTHER እቃዎችን ባሉበት ሁኔታ በሀራጅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡ በዚህም መሠረት ጨረታው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለመጫረት የሚፈልጉና ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾች በጨረታው መሳተፍ የሚችሉ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡

1. ተጫራቾች የዕቃዎቹን ዝርዝር፣ ዓይነት እና ብዛት በማስታወቂያ ሠሌዳ እና በአካል ለመመልከት ዘወትር ከሰኞ እስከ ሐሙስ ከጠዋት 2፡00 እስከ ቀኑ 6፡00 ከሰዓት በኋላ ከቀኑ 7፡00 እስከ ቀኑ 10፡30 እና ዓርብ ከጠዋት 2፡00 እስከ ቀኑ 5፡00 ከሰዓት በኋላ ከቀኑ 7፡30 እስከ ቀኑ 10፡30 እንዲሁም ቅዳሜ ከጠዋት 2፡00 እስከ ቀኑ 5፡30 ድረስ ከቅ/ጽ/ ቤቱ እና ከዋናዉ መስሪያ ቤት ገቢ ሂሳቦች ቡድን ሰነዱን በመግዛት መመልከት ይቻላል፡፡

2. ተጫራቾች በጨረታ ከሚሸጠው ዕቃ ጋር በዘርፉ የፀና ንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው፣ የግብሩ ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (VAT) ምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት እና የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈለ ለመሆኑ ከግብር ሰብሳቢ መ/ቤት የተሰጠ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ ሆኖም ግምታዊ ዋጋቸው ከብር 500,000.00 (አምስት መቶ ሽህ) በታች የሆኑ ማንኛውንም ዕቃ ለመግዛት የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (VAT) ምዝገባ ሠርተፍኬት ማቅረብ ሳያስፈልግ መወዳደር ይችላሉ፡፡

3. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ለጨረታው ማስከበሪያ የሚሆን የሚጫረትበትን ለሁሉም ዕቃዎች ዘርፉ በሚፈቅደው ብር 300,000.00 (ሶስት መቶ ሺህ) ብር ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስት በባንክ በተረጋገጠ CPO ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ በፊት በቅድሚያ ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል፡፡ ተጫራቾች የሚያስይዙት CPO በቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ ሥም ETHIOPIAN CUSTOMS

COMMSSION NOD]O BRANCH OFFICE በሚል ሲሆን በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ከአዲስ አበባ፤ አዳማና ሞጆ በነዚህ ብቻ ከንግድ ባንክ ውጪ የማንቀበል መሆኑን ይታወቅ ቅርንጫፎች መዘጋጀት አለበት፡፡

4 የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ላይ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ8ኛው የሥራ ቀን በዚሁ ዕለት ጠዋት 5፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾቹ ወይንም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ ለጨረታ በአዘጋጀው ቢሮ ውስጥ የሚከፈት ሆኖ ማንኛውም ተጫራች እስከ 4፡45 ሰዓት የሚጫረትበትን ዕቃ ለይቶ እቃ አወጋገድ ቡድን ቀርቦ ማስመዝገብ ይኖርበታል፡፡

5. ማንኛውም የጨረታ ሽያጭ የዕቃው አስመጪ ወይም ባለቤት እና ቤተሰብ የነበሩ ሰዎች በጨረታው መሳተፍ አይችሉም፤ ጨረታውን ከአሸነፈ በኋላ እራሱን ከጨረታው ውድድር ማግለል አይቻልም፤ የሰጠው የመወዳደሪያ ዋጋ የጨረታው ግምገማ ተጠናቆ ቅርንጫፍጽ ቤቱ የጨረታውን ውጤት እስከሚያሳውቅ ድረስ ፀንቶ ይቆያል፡፡ 6. የሐራጅ ጨረታው አሸናፊ ጨረታውን ስለማሸነፋቸው ከተገለፀበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ5 (አምስት) ቀናት ውስጥ የአሸነፉበትን ዕቃ ዋጋ ገቢ በማድረግ ዕቃውን መረከብ አለበት፡፡ በ5 (አምስት) ቀናት ውስጥ ገንዘቡ ገቢ ካልተደረገ ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በባንክ በተረጋገጠ CPO ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ለመንግስት ገቢ ይደረጋል፡፡

7. በተራ ቁጥር 06 በተቀመጠው ጊዜ ውስጥ የአሸነፉበትን ዕቃ ዋጋ ገቢ አድርጎ ዕቃውን ያልተረከበ እንደሆነ ለሚቆይበት ለተጨማሪ ጊዜ የመጋዘን ኪራይ ይከፍላል፡፡ ሆኖም ዕቃው በ2 (ሁለት) ወራት ውስጥ ካልወጣ እንደተተወ ተቆጥሮ በጨረታ ሽያጭ ይወገዳል፡፡

8. አሸናፊው ተጫራች ዕቃዎችን ለመረከብና ለማጓጓዝ የሚያስፈልጉ ወጪዎችን ሁሉ ራሱ ይሸፍናል፡፡

9. ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቱ ዕቃዎቹን ለመሸጥ የተሻለ አማራጭ ወይም ዘዴ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

10. ለተጨማሪ ማብራሪያ በሥልክ ቁጥር 022-236-90-94 ደውለው መጠየቅ ይችላሉ፡፡

የሐራጅ ሽያጭ ማስታወቂያ

በፍ/ባለመብት አቶ ጥላሁን ጌታቸው እና በፍ/ባለዕዳ እነ ወ/ሮ ሰናይት ተገኝ መካከል ስላለው የፍርድ አፈጻጸም ጉዳይ የፌዴራል መጀመሪያ ፍ/ቤት በመ/ ቁጥር 196061 በ6/7/2016 ዓ/ም እና በኮ/መ/ቁ/198675 በ29/08/2016 ዓ/ም በዋለው ችሎት በሰጠው ትዕዛዝ መሠረት በን/ስ/ላ/ክ/ከተማ ወረዳ 9 የቤት ቁጥር 237/0155 በካ/ቁ/12/27/5737/00 በወ/ሮ ጠንፌለሽ አክሊሉ ስም የተመዘገበ የይዞታው ስፋት 144 ካ/ሜ የሆነው ቤት የሐራጅ መነሻ ዋጋ ብር 5,929,824 (አምስት ሚሊዮን ዘጠኝ መቶ ሃያ ዘጠኝ ሺህ ስምንት መቶ ሃያ አራት ብር) ሆኖ የትራዛክሽን ታከስ ገዥ የሚከፍል መሆኑ ታውቆ ሚያዚያ 29 ቀን 2017 ዓ/ም በሐራጅ ይሸጣል፡፡ የተጫራቾች ምዝገባ 4፡30 ሰዓት ተጀምሮ የቀረቡ ተጫራቾች ተመዝግበው እንደተጠናቀቀ ወዲያውኑ ጨረታው የሚካሄድ ይሆናል፡፡

የሐራጁ ሽያጭ የሚካሄደው በፌዴራል ፍርድ ቤቶች የፍርድ አፈጻጸም ዳይሬክቶሬት የጨረታ አዳራሽ ውስጥ ሲሆን፣ ንብረቱን ተጫርተው ለመግዛት የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ከጨረታው ቀደም ብሎ ባሉት አራት የሥራ ቀናቶች ውስጥ ባለመብቱ ለማስጎብኘት በሚመርጧቸው ሶስት የሥራ ቀናት በፌ/ፍ/ ቤቶች ፍርድ አፈፃፀም ዳይሬክቶሬት ሐራጅ ክፍል ድረስ ከጠዋቱ በ3፡30 ብቻ በመገኘትና ባለመብቱ በሚያቀርበው ትራንስፖርት ንብረቱን ባለበት ቦታ ድረስ በመውሰድ ለመጎብኘት የሚችሉ ሲሆን፤ እያንዳንዱ ተጫራች በሚጫረትበት ወቅት የንብረቱን መነሻ ግምት 1/4ኛውን በንግድ ባንክ በተረጋገጠ C.PO ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል፡፡ ከ1/4ኛው አስበልጦም ሆነ አሳንሶ የሚመጣ ተጫራች በጨረታው አይካፈልም፡፡ በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆነው ግለሰብ አሸናፊ የሆነበትን ገንዘብ በአጠቃላይ ጨረታውን ከአሸነፈበት ቀን ጀምሮ በፍ/አፈ/ዳ/ ስም C.RO አሰርቶ በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ብቻ ሙሉ ገንዘቡን በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ ገቢ ማድረግ አለበት፡፡ የፍ/አፈ/ዳይሬክቶሬት ንብረቱን በሕጋዊ መንገድ በሐራጅ ስለመሸጡ ለሚመለከተው አካል ማስረጃ ከመጻፍ ባለፈ ስም የማዛወር ግዴታ የሌለበት መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡

የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

ጨረታ ቁጥር EEU-PPM/07/2017 (NCB)

የኢትዮጵያ ኤሌክትሪክ አገልግሎት ፕሮጀክቶች ፖርትፎልዮ ማኔጅመንት ጽ/ቤት በስሩ ላሉ ቢሮዎች የ2017 በጀት ዓመት የሚያገለግሉ ቶነሮች ግዥ ለማከናወን በዘርፉ ከተሰማሩ ድርጅቶች በጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለሆነም ከዚህ በታች የተመስከቱትን መስፈርቶችን የሚያሟሱ ድርጅቶች በጨረታ መወዳደር ይችላሉ፡፡

1. ተጫራቾች የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉ መሆናቸውን የሚገልጽ ማስረጃ የሚያቀርቡና በመስኩ ህጋዊ ፍቃድ ያላቸው፤ የታደሰ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ተመዝጋቢ፤ በኢፌዲሪ የመንግስት ግዥና ንብረት አስተዳደር ኤጀንሲ ድህረ ገጽ በአቅራቢዎች ዝርዝር የተመዘገቡ ለመሆናቸው ማስረጃ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፣

2. የጨረታ ሰነዱን ማስታወቂያው በጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ የማይመለስ ብር 300.00 (ሶስት መቶ ብር) በመክፈል የኢ.ኤ.አ. ፕሮጀክቶች ፖርትፎልዮ ማኔጅመንት ጽ/ቤት ከካቴድራል መብራት ወደ አራት ኪሎ በሚወስደው መንገድ ከኤንሪኮ ኬክ ቤት 150 ሜትር ርቀት በሚገኘው ማህበራዊ ዋስትና አዲሱ ህንጻ ላይ 1ኛ ፎቅ በመቅረብ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡

3. ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 50,000 (ሃምሳ ሺህ) በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ወይም የዋስትና ጊዜው ከሚያበቃበት ቀን በኋላ 28 ቀን ተጨማሪ ጊዜ ያለውን የባንክ ዋስትና (Bank Guarantee) በኢ.ኤ.አ. ፕሮጀክት ፖርትፖልዮ ማኔጅመንት ወይም EEU PPM ስም ተዘጋጅቶ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር በሰንጠረዥ በተገለጽው ብር መጠን ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡

4. ተጫራቾች የሚወዳደሩባቸውን ዋጋ በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ በማድረግ እና የጨረታ ቁጥር EEU/PPM NCB/07/2017 የሚል ምልክት በማድረግ እስከ ሚያዝያ 07 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም እስከ ቀኑ 8፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ በኢትዮጵያ ኤሌክትሪክ አገልግሎት የፕሮጀክቶች ፖርትፎሊዮ ማኔጅመንት ዳይሬክቶሬት ዋስትና የንግድ ማዕከል ህንፃ 11ኛ ፎቅ ላይ በሚገኘው በግዥ ፈጻሚው መ/ቤት በመምጣት ለዚሁ ጨረታ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል።

5. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ሕጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት /ባይገኙም/ ሚያዝያ 08 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 8፡30 ሰዓት ላይ ይከፈታል።

6. ስለጨረታው ዝርዝር መረጃ የጨረታ ሰነዱን ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት ከሰኞ እስከ አርብ ጠዋት ከ2፡00 6:00 ከሰዓት 7፡00-11፡00 እና ቅዳሜ ጠዋት 2፡00 6:00 ሰዓት መመልከት ይችላሉ ፡፡

7. የፕሮግራም ጽ/ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

ግልፅ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

የአማራ ክልል የህብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት ደሴ ቅርንጫፍ በ2017 በጀት አመት ለኢንስቲትዩቱ አገልግሎት የሚውሉ

1ኛ የኤሌክትሮኒክስ እቃዎች፤ 2ኛ የፅህፈት መሳሪያዎች፤ 3ኛ የፈርኒቸር እቃዎች ፤ 4ኛ የመኪና እቃ መለዋወጫ 5ኛ የህክምና ላቦራቶሪ ሪኤጀንቶች፤ 6ኛ ላቦራቶሪ የህክምና መሳሪያዎች፤ 7ኛ መጋረጃ፤ 8ኛ የአልሙኒየም ፓርቲሽን ስራ እንዲሁም የህፃናት ማቆያ በረንዳዎች ስራ የእጅ ዋጋ በአገር አቀፍ ሰፊ ተነባቢ ባለው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት መግዛት ይፈልጋል ።

ስለዚህ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶችን የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾችን ይጋብዛል፡፡

1. በየዘርፉ አግባብነት ያለው በዘመኑ የታደሰ ህጋዊ የንግድ ፈቃድና የዘመኑን ግብር የተከፈለበትን ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችል።

2. የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር /Tin Number/ ማቅረብ የሚችል።

3. የግዥ መጠን ብር 200,000 (ሁለት መቶ ሺህ ብር በላይ ከሆነ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ቫት ተመዝጋቢነት የሚገልፅ የምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችል።

4. የአልሙኒየም ፓርቲሽን ስራ እና የህፃናት ማቆያ በረንዳዎች ስራ የእጅ ዋጋ ተጫራቾች በሚወዳደሩበትን የስራ ዘርፍ የንግድ ፍቃድ ማቅረብ የሚችል።

5. ከላይ በተራ ቁጥር ከ1-4 የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟላ ማንኛውም ተጫራቾች የዕቃዎችን ዝርዝርና ስፔስፍኬሽን ወይም ዝርዝር መገለጫ ጨረታ ሰነዱ ለእያንዳነዱ ሰነድ የማይመለስ 100.00 /አንድ መቶ ብር በመክፈል በኢንስቲትዩቱ ገንዘብ ያዥ ቢሮ ቁጥር 3 በመግዛት መሳተፍ ይቻላል፡፡

6. ተጫራቾች በገዙት የጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ የሚሸጥበትን ዋጋ በትክክል በመሙላት በጠቅላላ ከሞሉት ዋጋ ላይ 2% የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በማሰብ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ የክፍያ ትዕዛዝ (ሲፒኦ) ወይም በጥሬ ገንዘብ ማስያዝ አለባቸው።

7. የአልሙኒየም ፓርቲሽን ስራዎች እንዲሁም የህፃናት ማቆያ በረንዳዎች ስራ ከእጅ ዋጋ ውጭ የሆናችሁ ተጫራቾች የሞሉትን የጨረታ ሰነድ ኦርጅናል ሰነድ እና ፎቶ ኮፒውን ለየብቻው በመለየት በጥንቃቄ በታሸገ ፖስታ ጨረታው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ማስታወቂያው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ በ16ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 3፡30 ሰዓት ድረስ አማራ ህብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት ደሴ ቅርንጫፍ የግዥ ቡድን ቢሮ ለዚሁ አገልግሎት በተዘጋጀ የጨረታ ሳጥን የግዥ አይነት በፖስታ ላይ በመግለፅ ማስገባት ይችላሉ፡፡

8. ጨረታው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ 16ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 3፡30 ታሽጎ 4፡00 ላይ ሠዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በአማራ ህብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት ደሴ ቅርንጫፍ የመሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል፡፡

9. የአልሙኒየም ፓርተሸን ስራ እንዲሁም የህፃናት ማቆያ በረንዳዎች ስራ የእጅ ዋጋ ጨረታው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ22ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 3፡30 ሰዓት ድረስ አማራ ህብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት ደሴ ቅርንጫፍ የግዥ ቡድን ቢሮ ለዚሁ አገልግሎት በተዘጋጀ የጨረታ ሳጥን የግዥ አይነት በፖስታ ላይ በመግለፅ ኦርጅናልና ኮፒውን ማስገባት ይችላሉ። ጨረታው በ22ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 3፡30 ታሽጎ 4፡00 ላይ ሠዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በአማራ ህብረተሰብ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት ደሴ ቅርንጫፍ የመሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል፡፡

10. ጨረታው የሚከፈትበት ቀን የህዝባዊ በዓል ቅዳሜ እሁድ ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የሥራ ቀን ከላይ በተገለፀው ሰዓት እና ቦታ የሚከፈት ይሆናል::

11.ጠቅላላ የንግድ ስራ ድርጅት በሚል የንግድ ፍቃድ የሚወዳደር ተወዳዳሪዎች በሚያቀርቡት የንግድ ፍቃድ ላይ የንግድ አይነት ዝርዝር መገለፅ ይኖርበታል ይህ ካልሆነ መወዳደር አይችሉም ፡፡

12. ጨረታውን አሸናፊ የሚሆነው ድርጅት በሚያቀርበው ቋሚ እቃዎች ላይ የ 6 ወር ጋራንቲ መስጠት ይጠበቅባቸዋል።

13. የጨረታው አሸናፊ በራሱ ትራንስፖርት አጓጉዞ በማቅረብ በሚመለከተው ባለሙያ እየተረጋገጠ በመ/ቤቱ ንብረት ክፍል ገቢ ማድረግ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡

14.ኢንስቲትዩቱ ጨረታ አሸናፊ ከለየ በኋላ እንደ ተቋሙ በጀት መ/ቤቱ የሚገዛውን የእቃ ብዛት 20 በመቶ የመጨመር ወይም የመቀነስ መብት ይኖረዋል::

15.የጨረታ አሸናፊዎች የሚለዩት በነጠላ ውድድር ነው ፡፡

16. ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ ስርዝ ድልዝ ሳይኖረው ያንዱ ዋጋ እና ጠቅላላ ዋጋ ከእነቫቱ በመሙላት የድርጅቱን ማህተም ፊርማ አድራሻ ማስቀመጥ ይጠበቅባቸዋል።

በማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል በጉራጌ ዞን የጌታ ወረዳ ፋይናንስ ጽ/ቤት በአካባቢ ጥበቃና ደን ጽ/ቤት አስተባባሪነት በጌታ ወረዳ ቀቡል ከተማና በቀቡል ገጠር ቀበሌዎች በጋራ የሚገኝ የሰው ሠራሽ የማህበረሰብ ደን (ነጭ የባህር ዛፍ) አወዳድሮ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል። በመሆኑም ደኖቹ ውስጥ ያለው የባህር ዛፍ አይነት ወራጅ፣ ማገር፣ ተሸጋጋሪ፣ የፖል እንጨት እና ጨፈቃ... ወዘተ ያካተተ መሆኑን እየገለፅን ያለው የደኑ ስፋት ደግሞ 53.99 ሄ/ር ነው፡፡ በመሆኑም ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘረው መስፈርት የምታሟሉ በጨረታ መወዳደር የምትችሉ ሲሆን፡-

1. የጨረታ መወዳደሪያ ሃሳብ አቅራቢዎች የግብር ከፋይነት መለያ ቁጥር በጣት ዐሻራ ላይ የተመሰረተ እና የተረጋገጠ መረጃ ሊኖራችሁ ይገባል፡፡

2. ተጫራቾች በእንጨት አቅርቦት( ሽያጭ) ወይም በሌሎችም ስራ ዘርፍ ላይ የዘመኑ ግብር የመክፈል ግዴታቸው የተወጡ መሆኑን የሚያረጋግጥ የተሰጠ ማስረጃና የዘመኑ የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡

4. ጨረታው ለማዛባት የሚሞክሩ ተጫራቾች ከጨረታ ውጪ እንደሚሆኑ ለወደፊቱ ከመንግስት መስሪያ ቤት የሚወጡ ጨረታዎች እንዳይሳተፉ እንደሚደርግና የጨረታ ማስከበሪያው ውርስ ይሆናል፡፡

5 ጨረታውን ከተከፈተ በኋላ ተጫራቾች ባቀረቡት የማወዳደሪያ ሀሳብ ላይ ለውጥ ማሳሰቢያ፡- ወይም ማሻሻያ ማድረግ ወይንም ከጨረታ እራስን ማግለል አይቻልም

6. ተጫራቾች ደኑ መጎብኘታቸው የሚገልፅ ደብዳቤ ከቀቡል ገጠር/ ከቀቡል ከተማ ቀበሌዎች የማህበረ ሰብ ደን ከቀበሌው ሊቀ -መንበር(ስራ አስኪያጅ ) አፅፈው ከጨረታው ሰነድ አብረው በሚታይ መልኩ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

7. ተጫራቾች የሚያቀርቡት የማወዳደሪያ ሃሳብ በግልጽ ጽሁፍና ስርዝ ድልዝ የሌለው መሆን አለበት ፡፡

8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር 91.000 (ዘጠና አንድ ሺህ ) ብር ሲፒኦ እውቅና ባለው ባንክ በጌታ ወረዳ ፋይናንስ ጽ/ቤት ስም በማሰራት ከኦሪጅናል ቴክኒካል ሰነድ ጋር ማስያዝ አለባቸው።

9. የተያዘው የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ አሸናፊነት ማስታወቂያ ከተላለፈበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለተሸናፊዎች ይመለሳል፡፡

10 ጨረታውን መወዳደር የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነድ ጨረታው ከታወጀበት ቀን ጀምሮ ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት እስከ 15ኛ ተከታታይ ቀን 6፡00 ድረስ የጌታ ወረዳ ፋይናንስ ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 06 በመምጣት የማይመለስ ብር 300( ሶስት መቶ ) ብር በመክፈል የቀቡል ከተማና ቀቡል ገጠር የማህበረ ሰብ ደን ሰነድ መውስድ ይቻላል፡፡

11. ጨረታውን በአንድ እናት ፖስታ አንድ ኦርጅናል ሁለት ቅጂ በድርጅቱ ባለስልጣን የተፈረመበት እና ማህተም ተደርጎበት እስከ ጌታ ወረዳ ፋይናንስ ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 06 በመምጣት በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን የሚመለከተው አካል በማሳወቅ መጨመር አለበት።

12. የጨረታ ሳጥኑ በ 15ኛ ቀን 8፡00 ሰዓት የጨረታ ኮሚቴ በተገኙበት ታሽጎ በእዛው እለት 8፡30 ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል ፣ ባይገኙም ይከፈታል፡፡

13. አሸናፊው ድርጅት አሸናፊነቱን ከተረጋገጠ በኋላ በ7 ቀን ውስጥ 10 ፐርሰንት ያሸነፈበት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ የውል ማስከበሪያ በማስያዝ ውል መፈጸም አለበት ::

1. መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን በሙሉ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ፡፡

በአብክመ በምስራቅ ጎጃም ዞን የአነደድ ወረዳ ገንዘብ ጽ/ቤት በ2017 በጀት ዓመት በወረዳው ውስጥ ለሚገኙ ባለበጀት መ/ቤቶች ለተለያዩ አገልግሎት የሚውሉ ሎት 1. የመኪና መለዋወጫ ዕቃ |ለ2ኛ ጊዜ/፣ ሎት 2. የቤት ክዳን ቆርቆሮና ሚስማር፣ ሎት 3. የምግብ ምርቶች በኮንትራት ውል አቅርቦት/፣ ሎት 4. የእህል ምርት ውጤቶች በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡ ስለዚህ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾች መወዳደር የሚችሉ መሆኑን ይጋብዛል፡፡

8 ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በ16ኛው ቀን 3፡30 ታሽጎ በ4፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ይከፈታል፡፡ እለቱ የስራ ቀን ካልሆነም በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን በተመሳሳይ ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በጨረታ መክፈቻ ሰዓቱ ባይገኙም መ/ቤቱ ጨረታውን የመክፈት መብት አለው፡፡ በጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀንና ሰዓት ያልተገኙ ተወዳዳሪዎች በተላለፈው ውሳኔ ተገዥ ይሆናሉ፡፡

9. አሸናፊው አካል ያሸነፈባቸውን እቃዎች ጠቅላላ ወጪውን በመሸፈን አነደድ ወረዳ ግብርና ጽ/ቤት ድረስ የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት፤ ለሁሉም ሎቶች ለውል መያዣ የሚፈለጉ ወጪዎችን አሸናፊው አካል የሚሸፍን ይሆናል፡፡

10. ግዥ ፈጻሚው አካል ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ሲሆን በጨረታው መሰረዝ ምክንያት ለወጣው ወጭ መ/ቤታችን ተጠያቂ አይሆንም፡፡

11. ውድድሩ የሎት ] በነጠላ ዋጋ፣ የሎት 2 እና 3 በጥቅል ዋጋ ስለሚታይ ተጫራቾች በአንድ ሎት ያሉትን ዝርዝር እቃዎች ሁሉንም ዋጋ መሙላት ያለባቸው ሲሆን ግዥ ፈጻሚው አካል ካወጣው ስፔስፊኬሽን ውጭ በራሱ ስፔስፊኬሽን የሞላ ተወዳዳሪ ከውድድር ውጭ ይሆናል፡፡

12. በውድድሩ አሸናፊ የሆኑ ተወዳዳሪዎች ሙያ የሚጠይቁ እቃዎችን በሚመለከተው ባለሙያ የሚያረጋግጥ ይሆናል፡፡

The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) is a Swiss-based foundation launched at the UN in 2002 to tackle the human suffering caused by malnutrition. Working with both governments and businesses, we aim to transform food systems so that they deliver more nutritious food for all people, especially those most vulnerable to malnutrition.

Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) would like to invite eligible and interested bidders for Procurement of the following Stainless-Steel Cookware items.

1 Interested and eligible bidders with renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate.

2 Bidders are invited to collect the biding document from GAIN-Ethiopia Office located at Bole Sub-City, behind the Embassy of Rwanda in front of Ayer Amba High School HGS Offices 3rd Floor, Starting from Monday March 31, 2025.

3 The Bid price validity shall be 120 days.

4 Bidders must submit the Technical and Financial Bid in Separate envelopes,

5 Bidders should submit the Financial Proposal only in ETB.

6 Bid must be accompanied by bid guarantee of 2% of the total price in the form of C.P.O. or Cash bank guarantee and submit separately with Envelop.

7 The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on or before April 04, 2025, at 16:00 GMT after noon at the place mentioned under.

8 Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No.1 to 7 shall result in automatic rejection.

9 The GAIN reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
