2. Interested
eligible Bidders may obtain further information from contacting by specified
below email address and review the bidding document during the office hours 8:00AM
to 5:00 PM at the address given below.
3. Interested and
eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download the bidding document via https://0.00a extratenders.net and https://dashen.afrotender.com/ or
afrotender.com
4. To access the
bidding document by having paid non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred
Birr) or equivalent currency easily convertible in Ethiopia starting from
November 04, 2024 to November 18, 2024.
5. Bids must be
delivered to the address; Dashen Bank S.C, Supply Chain Management Department,
Head Quarter Building 7th floor, in front of National Bank of Ethiopia, P.O.
Box 12752 Addis Ababa -Ethiopia on November 18, 2024 up to 5:00 PM in East
African Time (EAT). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted and late bids will
be rejected.
6. Bid offer shall
be opened on November 19, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the afternoon East African Time
(EAT) in the presence of bidders or official representatives at Dashen Bank
S.C, Supply Chain Management Department, Head Quarter Building, 7th floor in
front of National Bank of Ethiopia.
7. A bidder shall
present a bid security for above specified amount by writing address of
"Dashen Bank S.C" in the form of Bank Guarantee or Cashier's Payment
order (CPO) or an equivalent amount in freely convertible currency with counter
guarantee with one of eligible" Commercial Banks in Ethiopia at least
valid for 120 days upon submission of offer. The bid offer valid for 90 days.
8. The Bank reserves
the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
