ኩባንያችን የካሳ ክፍያ ፈፅሞ የተረከባቸውን እና ከቻይና ሀገር ተገዝተው ጅቡቲ ከደረሱ በኋላ ከጅቡቲ በተሸከርካሪ ተጭነው ወደ አዲስ አበባ በመጓጓዝ ሂደት ላይ ጉዳት የደረሰባቸውን ታርጋ እንዲሁም የባለቤትነት መታወቂያ (ሊብሬ) ያልወጣላቸው የተለያዩ አዳዲስ የኤሌትሪክ ተሸከርካሪዎችን ባሉበት ሁኔታ በጨረታ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል::

-ንብረቶቹን መግዛት የሚፈልጉ ሁሉ በቆርኪ ፋብሪካ ወደ ሚድሮክ ተርሚናል በሚያልፈው አስፋልት መንገድ ገብቶ አሉሙኒየም ፋብሪካ ፊት ለፊት በስተቀኝ በኩል በሚገኘው የኩባንያችን የከባድ ተሽከርካሪዎች ጊዜያዊ ማቆሚያ ስፍራ ከሚያዝያ 12 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም እስከ ሚያዝያ 24 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ድረስ በቦታው በመገኘት እና በማየት የሚገዙበትን ዋጋ በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ደንበል ህንፃ 2ኛ ፎቅ በሚገኘው የኢንጅነሪንግና ሪከቨሪ ሃንድሊንግ አገልግሎት ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ገቢ በማድረግ መጫረት ይችላሉ::

-ጨረታው ሰኞ መጋቢት 26ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ደንበል ህንፃ 2ኛ ፎቅ በሚገኘው የኢንጅነሪንግና ሪከቨሪ ሃንድሊንግ ቢሮ ውስጥ ከጧቱ በ4፡00 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በሚገኙበት ይከፈታል::

-ሌሎች ተጫራቾች ባቀረቡት ዋጋ ላይ ተንተርሶ ዋጋ መስጠት የተከለከለ ነው::

-በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ የሚቀርበው ዋጋ ከተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ በፊት ሲሆን የጨረታ አሸናፊዎች ያሸነፉበት ዋጋ ላይ ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (VAT)15% (አስራ አምስት በመቶ) በተጨማሪነት ይከፍላሉ::::

-ለጨረታ ማስያዣ የሚያቀርቡት ዋጋ የመነሻውን አስር በመቶ (10%) በንብ ኢንሹራንስ ኩባንያ አ.ማ ስም የተዘጋጀ የባንክ ክፍያ ማዘዣ (CPO) ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር በማያያዝ ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ገቢ ማድረግ ይጠበቅባቸዋል::

-በጨረታው ለተካተቱ ንብረቶች ከጨረታው በኋላ ያሉትን ማናቸውም ወጪዎች ገዥው ሙሉ በሙሉ ይሸፍናል::

-የጨረታ አሸናፊዎች የመክፈያ ቀናቶች ኩባንያው የጨረታ ውጤቱን ካሳወቀበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት ተከታታይ አምስት የስራ ቀናት ድረስ ብቻ ሲሆን አሸናፊዎች ክፍያ ፈፅመው ንብረቶቹን ካልተረከቡ የጨረታው ውጤቱ የሚሰረዝ ሆኖ ከላይ ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ለኩባንያው ገቢ የሚደረግ ሲሆን እንዲሁም የጨረታ አሸናፊዎች ያሸነፉበትን ዋጋ ክፍያ ፈፅመው ንብረቶቹን ወዲያውኑ ካልተረከቡ ኩባንያው ሃላፊነቱን የማይወስድ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን::

-ኩባንያው የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::

አንበሳ ኢንሹራንስ ኩባንያ (አ.ማ) በዋናው መስሪያ ቤት እና አቃቂ ቃሊቲ ክ/ከተማ ለሚገኘው ሪከቨሪ የጥበቃ እና የፅዳትና ተላላኪ እንዲሁም በአዲስ አበባ እና በክልል ከተሞች ለሚገኙ ቅርነርጫፎች የፅዳት እና ተላላኪ አገልግሎት የሚሰጡ ድርጅቶችን በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማሰራት ይፈልጋል::

- በመሆኑም ከፌዴራል ፖሊስ ኮሚሽን የተሰጠ በዘርፉ የተመዘገበና ወቅታዊ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ የሚችል፣

- ስራና ሠራተኛን ለማገናኘት ከሚመለከተው የመንግስት አካል ፈቃድ ማቅረብ የሚችል

- በተጨማሪም የታደሰ እና በዘርፉ የተመዘገበ ንግድ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ የሚችል

- ግብር መክፈያ መለያ (TIN) ሰርተፊኬት ያለው

- የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ምዝገባ ሰርተፊኬት፣የዘመኑን ግብር መክፈላቸውን የሚገልፅ ክሊራንስ እና ጨረታ ለመጫረት የሚያችል ሰነድ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ድርጅቶች በጨረታው መወዳደር ይችላሉ::

2.    For bid Ref. No. DBOT15125/26 and DBOT15225/26 Interested and eligible bidders are invited to download the bid document via the Bank SAP Ariba System starting from April 20, 2026 as prerequisite; a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr Only) must be paid. Payment should be deposited into Account No.180020002 at any Dashen Bank Branch. Bidders must upload their payment advice via the provided in the SAP Ariba System to gain full access to document.

3.  All interested bidders should be registered on the Bank’s supplier list data base system via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/.

4.  Copy of renewed and valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.

5.  Bidders shall present a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier’s payment order (CPO)  at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal/or offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days.

2. ጨረታው ቅዳሜ ሚያዚያ 24 ቀን 2018 ዓ/ም ከጠዋቱ 4.00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በኩባንያው ዋና መስሪያ ቤት ቦሌ ዓለም ህንጻ 2ኛ ፎቅ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ሚያዚያ 24 ቀን 2018ዓ/ም ከጠዋቱ 4.30 ሠዓት ላይ ይከፈታል::

3. ሌሎች ተጫራቾች በሰጡት ዋጋ ላይ ተንተርሶ ዋጋ መስጠት አይቻልም::

5. ከቀረጥ ነጻ ከሆኑት ተሽከርካሪዎች በስተቀር በሌሎች ተሸከርካሪዎች የተሽከርካሪ አካላት ከጨረታው በፊት ዕዳ ቢኖር በኩባንያው ይሸፈናል:: በጨረታው ለተካተቱት ንብረቶች ከጨረታው በኋላ ያሉትን ማንኛውንም ወጪዎች ገዥው

6. ተጫራቾች የሚያስገቡት ዋጋ ከቫት በፊት መሆን አለበት::

7. የጨረታ አሸናፊዎች ያሸነፉበት ዋጋ ላይ ተጨማሪ ዕሴት ታክስ (VAT) 15% (አስራ አምስት በመቶ) በተጨማሪነት ይከፍላል::

8. አሸናፊዎች የጨረታው ውጤት ከተገለጸበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 10 (አስር) የሥራ ቀናት ውስጥ ክፍያ ፈጽመው ንብረቶቹን ካልተረከቡ በ የጨረታው ውጤት የሚሰረዝ ሆኖ ከላይ ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ለኩባንያው ገቢ ይደረጋል::

9. አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ተሸከርካሪዎቹንም ሆነ ሌሎች ዕቃዎችን ከሪከቨሪ በራሳቸው ወጪ ሳይነጣጠሉ በአንድ ጊዜ ከፍለው በ10 (አስር) ቀናት ውስጥ ንብረቶቹን ከሪከቨሪ መረከብ ይኖርባቸዋል::

10. የጨረታው አሸናፊዎች የስም ዝውውር እስከ ስድስት ወር ድረስ ማጠናቀቅ የሚጠበቅባቸው ሲሆን ይህ ሳይሆን ቢቀር ለሚፈጠረው ማንኛውም ጉዳይ (ችግር) ኩባንያው ኃላፊነት አይወስድም::

11. ኩባንያው የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በሕግ የተጠበቀ ነው::

Children Believe Ethiopia invites qualified and experienced videographers to apply for a short-term consultancy to support story-based communications under the Children Believe Inside RISE/Comm RISE initiative. The assignment focuses on capturing authentic, human-centered stories related to hunger and nutrition from communities in Arsi Negele, Ethiopia where one of the partner Bole Bible Baptist Church/BBBC Langano is operating in.

1. Background

Children Believe Ethiopia implements monthly donor-focused storytelling products highlighting real community experiences. The videography assignment follows the organization's 'Raw & Real' storytelling approach, emphasizing authenticity,

ethical storytelling, and minimal staging.

2. Objective of the Assignment

The objective is to capture high-quality, unscripted video and photo content that truthfully reflects daily life, challenges, and resilience related to hunger and nutrition, in line with Children Believe safeguarding and consent standards.

3. Scope of Work

The videographer will conduct pre-field preparation, four days of field-based filming in Arsi Negele, and post-field organization and submission of all raw materials. Deliverables include a community walk-through video of approximately 15 minutes; two child selfie videos (one girl and one boy, 3-5 minutes each); a minimum of 30 minutes of b-roll footage capturing daily life, hunger and nutrition challenges; and at least 30 Raw & Real photographs, including portraits of the participating children.

4. Duration of Assignment

The assignment will be completed within seven (7) working days: four (4) days of fieldwork and three (3) days for post- field organization and submission.
