Introduction
Dangote Packaging Materials Plc
(Ethiopia) is requesting for prospective buyers of our PP Recycle Pellets
produced from waste generated from our production processes.
Background
Dangote Packaging Materials Plc
was established in year 2015 at Mugher, Oromiya Regional State West Shewa Zone,
Ada'a Berga Woreda.
The Company has the capacity to
produce average of 60million Polypropylene Cement sacks per annum and has a Recycle
Machine which is designed with up-to-date technology to process production
waste to recycle pellets which can be used as raw materials by plastic industries
and other sack manufacturing companies in the Country. The Company has its registered
office at House Number 4, Woreda 03, Bole Sub-city. Addis Ababa while the
operational plant is located at Mugher.
The operational plant is less
than 90km distance from Addis Ababa. It is located a few distance before
Dangote Cement plant when coming from Addis Ababa. DPM factory is equipped with
state-of-the-art Machinery from Europe and good quality control system to
ensure the best possible product for our customers.
Description and Quantity of Goods
Available for Sale
The Recycle pellet is a product from
the polypropylene material waste generated from production of polypropylene
Cement sacks. The Polypropylene materials are bye product of petroleum which
are imported from South Korea, Saudi Arabia and India with a minimum of melt
flow index of 4.5 for Homopolymer grade and 25 melt flow index for Copolymer
grade.
The Recycle materials are of two types.
The White Recycle Pellet and Coloured Recycle Pellet. In stock, we have a total
quantity of 216mt which comprises 50mt and 166.53mt of white and coloured
recycle pellets respectively.

Other relevant information for
the bid application
- Tender documents must consist
of price offer, type of material and the quantity the willing buyer is ready to
buy. This must be in a sealed envelope to be submitted in a bid box that will
be provided in procurement department (Admin Building) of Dangote Cement
(Ethiopia), Mugher and Dangote Cement Office in Addis Ababa at House Number (4),
Woreda 03, METI Building, Bole Sub-city.

- Bidders' physical presence or
authorized representative is required during opening of bids
