ድርጅታችን ኮልፌ ገነት የገበያ ማዕከል በአዲስ ከተማ ክ/ከተማ አጠና ተራ አካባቢ ባለ 2ቤዝመንት ግራውንድ + 9ፎቅ ህንጻ እስከ ልስን ድረስ ስርቶ ያጠናቀቀውን ግንባታ የፊኒሺንግ ስራ በሻተር በር ስራ ዘርፍ የተሰማሩ ንኡስ ተቋራጮችን ድርጅታችን ባስቀመጠው መመዘኛ መስፈርት በተጋባዥ በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ማስራት ይፈልጋል፡፡ በመሆኑም ተጫራቾች የሚከተለውን ማሟላት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፤

1) በዘርፉ የተሰማሩ መሆኑን የሚገልፅ እና ሕጋዊ የታደስ የንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የቫት ሰርተፊኬት፣ የተ.እ.ታ. ሰርተፊኬት እና የታደሰ የምዝገባ ማረጋገጫ ምስክር ወረቀት ማስረጃ ኮፒ ማቅረብ፤

2) ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በባንክ የተረጋገጠ 2% /CPO/ ወይም ከታወቀ ባንክ በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና /unconditional Bank Guarantee / ከጨረታ ሰነዳቸው ጋር ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

3) ተጫራቾች የሚያቀርቡት ዋጋ አባሪ በተደረገው ሰነድ መሠረት ያለ ስርዝ ድልዝ ወይም በማያሻማ መልኩ መቅረብ አለበት፤

4) የቴክኒካልና የፋይናንሺያል ፕሮፖዛል (ኦሪጅናል እና ከፒውን) በተናጠል በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፤

5) ተጫራቾች ተመሳሳይ የሻተር ሶስት ህንጻዎች ለመስራታቸው ማስረጃ ከአስሪው ድርጅት የምስጋና ደብዳቤ ማቅረብና ሳይቱንም ማስጎብኘት አለባቸው ፤

6) ጨረታውን ያሸነፉ ሳምፕል በመሥራት የሚያሳዩ ሲሆን በአሠሪው ድርጅት የተሰራው ሳምፕል ላይ ተቀባይነት ሲያገኝ የማሸነፊያ ማረጋገጫ የሚሰጥ ሲሆን ይህ ካልሆነ ግን ወደ ቀጣይ ተወዳዳሪ የሚሄድ ይሆናል በመጨረሻም ውድቅ የሆነውን ሳምፕል ነቅለው ይወስዳሉ፤

7) ጨረታውን ያሸነፈው ተወዳዳሪ የቅድመ ክፍያ/አድቫንስ በስምምነት የሚፈፀምለት ይሆናል ፤

8) የጨረታ ስነድ ማስረከቢያ ከቀን 09/09/2017 እስከ 21/09/2017 ዓ.ም 9፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ይሆናል፡፡

9) የጨረታውን ሰነድ ድርጅቱ በሚገኝበት ኮልፌ አጠና ተራ ከንግድ ባንክ አጠና ተራ ቅርንጫፍ አጠገብ ልዩ ስሙ ሊፒስቲክ ህንጻ ቢሮ ቁጥር 097 የማይመለስ 1,000.00 (አንድ ሺህ ብር) በመክፈል መውሰድ ይቻላል፡፡

10) ጨረታውም የሚከፈትበት ቀን በሚያስመዘግቡት ስልክ የሚደወል ይሆናል፡፡

የኢትዮጵያ የኢንዱስትሪ ግብዓቶች ልማት ድርጅት (ኢኢግልድ) ንብረት የሆኑ ከባድ የጭነት ተሽከርካሪዎች ባሉበት ሁኔታ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስልሆነም ተጫራቾች ከዚህ በታች የተመለከቱትን ነጥቦች በማሟላት ቀርበው መወዳደር ይችላሉ፡፡

1. ተጫራች በዘርፉ የታደሰ ፈቃድ፣የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስና የግብር ከፋይነት ምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት፣ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ መሆን ይኖርበታል፡፡ ለዚህ የተዘጋጀውን ዝርዝር የጨረታ ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 700.00 (ሰባት መቶ ብር) በመክፈል ከድርጅቱ ንብረት አስተዳደርና ጠቅላላ አገልግሎት ዳይሬክቶሬት በመቅረብ መውሰድ ይችላሉ፡፡

2. ተጫራቾች ለሚጫረቱበት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 20 በመቶ (20%) የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ብቻ ከጨረታ ሰነዱ ጋር በማያያዝ ለዚህ ተብሎ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሃያ በመቶ ያላስያዘ ተጫራች ከጨረታው ይሰረዛል፡፡

3. ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ15 ተከታታይ ቀናት በአየር ላይ ቆይቶ በማግስቱ በ16ኛው ቀን 4፡00 ሰዓት የጨረታው ሳጥን ተዘግቶ በዚሁ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በኢኢግልድ ዋና መ/ቤት ስብሰባ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል፡፡ ነገር ግን 16ኛው ቀን በዓል ከሆነ ቀጥሎ ባለው የስራ ቀን ይከፈታል፡፡

4. በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆኑ ተጫራቾች አሸናፊነታቸው በተገለጸላቸው ከ7 የስራ ቀናት በኋላ በ5 ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ ያሸነፉበትን ዋጋ በሙሉ ገቢ ማድረግ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ ሆኖም ሙሉ ክፍያውን በተጠቀሰው ጊዜ ገደብ መክፈል ካልቻሉ ያስያዙት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ገንዘብ ለኢኢግልድ ገቢ ሆኖ ኢኢግልድ ሌላ አማራጭ መጠቀም ይችላል፡፡

5. የጨረታ ሰነድ የገዙ ተጫራቾች ማስታወቂያው ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ዘወትር በስራ ቀናት ከጠዋቱ 2፡30 እስከ 10፡30 ሰዓት ባለው ጊዜ ውስጥ ፒያሳ ከሊፋ ህንፃ አካባቢ በስተ ሰሜን አቅጣጫ የባቡር ሃዲዱን ተሻግሮ (የቀድሞ ጅንአድ መስሪያ ቤት) አራዳ ክፍለ ከተማ ወረዳ 2 በመሄድ የተሽከርካሪዎችን ዝርዝር መመልከት ይችላሉ፡፡

6. ድርጅቱ የተሻለ መንገድ (አማራጭ) ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

7.ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ቅዳሜና እሁድን ሳይጨምር በኮርፖሬሽኑ የሥራ ሰዓት ለአስር ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት ክፍት ሆኖ ስለሚቆይ ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 100 /አንድ መቶ/ በመክፈል 7ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 712 መውሰድ ይችላሉ

8.ጨረታው በኛው የሥራ ቀን ላይ ከጠዋቱ በ4፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይታሸጋል፡፡ በዕለቱ በ5፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት የጨረታው ሰነድ ይከፈታል፡፡

የደብረ ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ከመንግስት በተፈቀደለት በጀት የተማሪዎች ምግብ ግባአት ግዥ በብሄራዊ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለሆነም በጨረታው መሳተፍ የሚችሉ ከዚህ በታች ማለትም፤

2.አሸናፊው ድርጅት ለሁለት ዓመት ውል በመያዝ

3. ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የሚሆን ሎትı ብር 100,000.00 (አንድ መቶ ሽህ ብር)

4. ሎት 2 100,000.00/አንድ መቶ ሽህ ብር/ /በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ወይም በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና በደብረ ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ስም አሰርቶ ማቅረብ የሚችል ወይም በጥቃቅን የተደራጁ ከአደራጃቸው የመንግስት መ/ቤት ከላይ የተገለጸውን የገንዘብ መጠን የሚገልጽ የዋስትና ደብዳቤ በደብረ ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ስም በማሰራት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡

5. ከላይ የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ ተጫራቾች ሁሉ የጨረታ ዶክመንቱን ደብረ ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ አስተዳደር ህንፃ ቁጥር 27 ቢሮ ቁጥር 10 ማስታወቂያው በአዲስ ዘመን ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ 15 ተከታታይ ቀናት የማይመለስ ብር 300.00/ ሶስት መቶ ብር / ለእያንዳንዱ ሎት በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ በዪኒቨርስቲው ስም በተከፈተው የሂሳብ ቁጥር 1000017980517 በመክፈል ደረሰኝ በማቅረብ ሰነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡

6. የጨረታውን ፋይናሽያል ኦርጅናል እና ቴክኒካል ሰነዶችን ኮፒ ዶክመንት በተለያየ ፖስታ በማሸግ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡

7.አሸናፊው ድርጅት አሸናፊነቱ በተገለፀለት ከ7 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት በኋላ ከ8ኛ ቀን ጀምሮ በተከታታይ በ8 የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ በግንባር ቀርቦ አሸናፊ የሆነበትን ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 10% የውል ማስከበሪያ በማስያዝ ውል መያዝ የሚችል መሆን አለበት፣

8.ተወዳዳሪዎች የጨረታ ሰነዱን በአግባቡ በመሙላትና በማሸግ ደብረ ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ህንፃ ቁጥር 27 ቢሮ ቁጥር 10 ድረስ በመቅረብ ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ከተከታታይ 15 ቀናት በኋላ በ16 ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 3፡59 ድረስ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ሲኖርባቸው ጨረታው በዚሁ እለት ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ላይ ተዘግቶ ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት 4፡30 ላይ በደብረ ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ህንፃ ቁጥር 27 ቢሮ ቁጥር 10 ውስጥ ይከፈታል ነገር ግን የጨረታ መዝጊያ እና መክፈቻ ቀኑ የበአል ቀን ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን ይሆናል ፡፡ሆኖም ተጫራቾች በጨረታው ላይ መገኘት ካልቻሉ መስፈርቱን እስካሟሉ ድረስ በጨረታው ላይ ያልተገኙ ተጫራቾች ፖስታ ጨምሮ በእለቱ ይከፈታል፡፡
