1. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሉ 1/4ኛውን በጥሬ ገንዘብ ወይም በባንክ ክፍያ ማዘዣ /ሲፒኦ/ በማስያዝ መጫረት ይችላል፡፡

2. አሸናፊው የሸነፈበትን ቀሪ ገንዘብ በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ አጠቃሎ መክፈል ያለበት ሲሆን ካልከፈሉ ለጨረታ መነሻ ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ተመላሽ አይደረግም፡፡

3. ቤቱ ያለበትን ሁኔታ ለማየት ከቪዥን ፈንድ ማይከፈሮ ፋይናንስ ባቱ ቅርንጫፍ አማካኝነት ጽ/ቤት በመቅረብ ከጨረታ በፊት ባሉት የሥራ ቀናት እና የጨረታው ቀን በቦታው በመገኘት መመልከት ይቻላል፡፡

4. በንብረቱ ላይ ከመንግስት የሚፈለጉ ግብሮችን፣ ቫት፣ የስም ማዛወሪያ እና ሌሎች ወጪዎችን የጨረታ አሸናፊው ይሸፍናል፡፡

5. ተቋሙ ጨረታው በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

የሲዳማ ብ/ክ/መንግስት ርዕሰ መስተዳድር ጽ/ቤት በ2017 በጀት ዓመት በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ የተለያየ ሞዴል ላላቸው ለጽ/ቤቱ መኪኖች ለአንድ በጀት ዓመት ውል በመግባት የተሽከሪካር ጎማ ህጋዊ ተጫራቾችን አወዳድሮ መግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡

ስለሆነም ተጫቾራች ከዚህ በታች በዝርዝር የተመለከቱ ሁኔታዎችን በማሟላት መወዳደር ይችላሉ፡-

1.ህጋዊ የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ ያላቸው ፤ የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉና የአቅራቢዎች ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ ::

2. የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ተመዝጋቢ እና የግብር ከፋይ ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ማቅረብ የሚችል፡፡

3. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ CPO 10,000.00 /አስር ሺህ/ ብር ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በባን በተመ

4. ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ሰነዱን የማይመለስ ብር 200.00 (ሁለት መቶ) ብር ብቻ የሲዳማ ክልል ርዕሰ መስተዳድር ጽ/ቤት ኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ አካውንት ቁጥር 1000342552424 ርዕሰ ጽ/ቤት ኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ኣካውንት በመክፈል ይህ ማስታወቂያ በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 15 ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት የማይመለስ የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድና ተያያዥነት ያላቸው ሰነዶች ኮፒ ይዞ በመቅረብ ከግዥ ፋይናንስ ንብረት አስተዳደር ዳይሬክቶሬት 3ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 312 ቀርቦ ሰነዱን መግዛት ይችላል፡፡

5. የጨረታ ሰነዱ በተጫራቾች መመሪያ መሰረት ተሞልቶ ኦሪጅናልና ኮፒ በማድረግ በሰም በታሸገ በአንድ ትልቅ ፖስታ ውስጥ ከተውና በሁሉም ዶክመንት የድርጅቱን ማህተም በመምታትና በመፈረም ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ16ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 እስከ 8፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ ለዚህ በተዘጋጀ ሳጥን ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል ፡፡

6. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ከላይ በተጠቀሰው ቀንና ቦታ በሲዳማ ብ/ክ/መንግስት ርዕሰ መስተዳደር ጽ/ቤት 8፡30 ላይ ይከፈታል፡፡

7. የጨረታው አሸናፊ ያሸነፉበትን ዕቃ እስከ ሲዳማ ብ/ክ/መንግስት ርዕሰ መስተዳድር ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ በማቅረብ ያስረክባሉ፡፡ በተጨማሪም አሸናፊ ድርጅት አስቀድሞ የዕቃውን ናሙና ማሳየት ይኖርበታል፡፡

8. ጨረታው የሚከፈትበት የሥራ ቀን ካልሆነ በቀጣዩ የሥራ ቀን ይሆናል፡፡

- ዝርዝር የጨረታ ሂደት በጨረታው ሰነድ መመሪያ ላይ ተገልጿል፡፡

ቢሮው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊል ወይም ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

ማስታወቂያ ቁጥር 02/2017

በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር የመሬት ልማት አስተዳደር ቢሮ ለቢሮ አገልግሎት የሚውል የቢሮ የፅዳት አገልግሎት ግዥ በጨረታ አወዳድሮ ከአሸናፊው ማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

- የቢሮ የጽዳት አገልግሎት ግዥ

በዚህ መሰረት በጨረታው መሳተፍ የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች

1. በዘርፉ የተሰማሩ እና የታደሰ ንግድ ፈቃድ ፣ የግብር ከፋይነት መለያ ቁጥር ፣ የንግድ ምዝገባ ምስክር ወረቀት ያላቸው፣

2. የዘመኑን ግብር አጠናቀው የከፈሉበትና ለዚህ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ እና በዚህ የተደራጁ እና ስለ ድርጅታቸው ሙሉ መረጃ የሚያሳይ/ፕሮፋይል እንዲሁም በዘርፉ መልካም የስራ ልምድ በማያያዝ ሰነዱን ተጫራቾች ለጨረታ የተዘጋጀውን ሰነድ የማይመለስ 100.00 (አንድ መቶ ብር) በመክፈል ከመሬት ልማትና አስተዳደር ቢሮ የግዥ አገልግሎት ዳይሬክቶሬት 7ኛ ፎቅ የቢሮ ቁጥር 703 መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡

3. የቫት ተመዝጋቢ የሆኑና በአነስተኛና ጥቃቅን የተደራጁ ከሆነ ቲኦቲ ተመዝጋቢ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወቀረት ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡

4. በጨረታ ላይ ያወጣናቸው ዕቃዎች በሙሉ ኦሪጅናል እና ጥራቱን የጠበቀ ሆኖ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ፡፡

5. ተጫራቾች ያሸነፉትን ዕቃዎች በራሳቸው ትራንስፖርት መ/ቤት ድረስ ማምጣት አለባቸው፡፡

6. ተጫራቾች ለገዙት ሰነድ ብቻ የሚወዳደሩበትን ዋጋ ቫት በመጨመር በሰም በታሸገ ኤንቨሎፕ ማስታወቂያው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 10 (አስር) ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት በመሬት ልማት አስተዳደር ቢሮ የግዥ አገልግሎት ዳይሬክቶሬት 7ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 703 ለጨረታው በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት አለባቸው

7. ተጫራቾች የጨረታውን ማስከበሪያ 2% በባንክ የተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል ወይም በሚያቀርቡት ዕቃዎች ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡

8. ተጫራቾች የጨረታው አሸናፊ ሆነው ውል የተገባባቸውን እቃዎች በአጠቃላይ ዋጋ 10% የውል ማስከበሪያ ማስያዝና ከቢሮው የግዥ አገልግሎት ዳይሬክቶሬት የውል ስምምነት መፈጻም ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

9. ጨረታው ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ለ10 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት የሚቆይ ሲሆን በ11ኛው ቀን ከጠዋቱ 3፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ የጨረታው አከፋፈት ላይ ለመገኘት ፍላጎት ያላቸው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻችው በተገኙበት ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡

10. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ ዘዴ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

11. ጨረታው ከተዘጋ በኋላ የሚቀርብ የጨረታ ሰነድ ተቀባይነት አይኖረውም፡፡

የፍ/ባለመብት አቶ ደመላሽ መላኩ እና በፍ/ባለዕዳ አቶ ዘውድአለም ታደሰ መካከል ስላለው የፍርድ አፈጻጸም ጉዳይ የፌዴራል የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍ/ቤት በመ/ቁጥር 07442 በ23/2/2016 ዓ.ም 318028 በ20/10/2016 ዓ.ም እና መ/ቁ 08075 በ21/3/2016 ዓም በዋለው ችሎት በሰጠው ትዕዛዝ መሠረት በቦሌ/ክ/ከተማ ወረዳ 12 የቤ.ቁ BBL- B1/HN/1009 በሴሪ ቁጥር 1536313 የካርታ ቁጥር ቦሌ12/134/9/20/58009/00 የሆነ ቤት የቦታ ስፋት 72.21 ካ/ሜ ሲሆን ቤቱ የባንክ ዕዳ 357,277.15 (ሶስት መቶ ሃምሳ ሰባት ሺ ሁለት መቶ ሰባ ሰባት ብር ከ15/100 ሣንቲም ያለበት የሆነው ቤት የባለሙያ ግምት 4,475,142.54 (አራት ሚሊዮን አራት መቶ ሰባ አምስት ሺ አንድ መቶ አርባ ሁለት ብር ከ54/100 ሣንቲም) ሆኖ የትራንዛክሽን ታክስ ገዥ የሚከፍል መሆኑ ታውቆ መስከረም 30 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም በሐራጅ ይሸጣል፡፡ የሚል ማስታወቂያ ወጥቶ በዕለቱ ተጫራች ያልቀረበ በመሆኑ ጨረታው ተቋርጧል፡፡ በዚህ መሰረት ለፍ/ቤት ተጽፎ ፍ/ቤቱ በ22/2/2017 ዓ.ም በሰጠው ትዕዛዝ በድጋሚ ጨረታ እንዲወጣ ባዘዘው መሰረት ጨረታ መሳተፍ የሚፈልግ የግምቱ ¼ ብር 1,118,785.64 (አንድ ሚሊዮን አንድ መቶ አስራ ስምንት ሺ ሰባት መቶ ሰማንያ አምስት ብር ከ64/100 ሳንቲም) ሆኖ የትራንዛክሽን ታክስ ገዥ የሚከፍል መሆኑ ታውቆ ታህሳስ 18 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም በሐራጅ ይሸጣል፡፡ ምዝገባ በ8፡00 ሰዓት ተጀምሮ የቀረቡ ተጫራቾች ተመዝግበው እንደተጠናቀቀ ወዲያውኑ ጨረታው የሚካሄድ ይሆናል፡፡

የሐራጁ ሽያጭ የሚካሄደው በፌዴራል ፍርድ ቤቶች የፍርድ አፈጻጸም ዳይሬክቶሬት የጨረታ አዳራሽ ውስጥ ሲሆን፣ ንብረቱን ተጫርተው ለመግዛት የሚፈልጉ ተጫራቾች ከጨረታው ቀደም ብሎ ባሉት አራት የሥራ ቀናቶች ውስጥ ባለመብቱ ለማስጎብኘት በሚመርጧቸው ሶስት የሥራ ቀናት በፌ/ፍ/ ቤቶች ፍርድ አፈፃፀም ዳይሬክቶሬት ሐራጅ ክፍል ድረስ ከጠዋቱ በ3፡30 ሰዓት ብቻ በመገኘትና ባለመብቱ በሚያቀርበው ትራንስፖርት ንብረቱን ለመጐብኘት የሚችሉ ሲሆን፤ እያንዳንዱ ተጫራች በሚጫረትበት ወቅት የንብረቱን ግምት 1/4 ኛውን በባንክ በተረጋገጠ CPO ማስያዝ ይኖርበታል፡፡ ከ1/4ኛ አስበልጦም ሆነ አሳንሶ የሚያመጣ ተጫራች በጨረታው አይካፈልም፡፡ በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆነው ግለሰብ አሸናፊ የሆነበትን ገንዘብ በአጠቃላይ ጨረታውን ከአሸነፈበት ቀን ጀምሮ በ15 ቀናት ውስጥ ገቢ ማድረግ አለበት፡፡ በተጨማሪ ተጫራቾች ካፒታል ጌይን እና ታክስ ስምን ይዛወርልኝ የሚልን ጥያቄ፣ ሐራጁ ጐድቶኛል የሚሉ ጥያቄዎችን ዳይሬክቶሬቱ የማያስተናግድና በችሎት የሚጠየቅ መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡

Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics would like to invite interested and eligible bidders Purchase of Container Transportation and Return Service from Modjo port and terminal to different destinations for 1x20, 2x23 and 1x40 containers shipment for truck loading capacity such as up to 250, from 251 to 300, 301 to 350, 351 to 400, and 401 to 450 quintal for One Year Agreement upon fulfilling of the following terms and conditions.
